This is a hybrid role: you own project governance, client relationship, and scope control, with enough BC functional knowledge to sit in a workshop and know what you are hearing. AI tooling handles the documentation burden; you own the quality gate.
The Role

What You'll Do
You own delivery across BC implementation engagements from contract to go-live and into stabilisation. In practice:
- Owning the project plan — end-to-end, maintained against the Hybrid AI Solutions phase-gated methodology, not improvised from scratch each time.
- Running client governance — kick-off, weekly status, phase-gate reviews, and go-live readiness sign-off. The client relationship for delivery matters is yours.
- Facilitating workshops alongside the Senior BC Consultant — with enough BC knowledge to follow what is being discussed, spot risk, and keep the session on track.
- Managing scope and change control — raising change requests before out-of-scope work begins, ensuring commercial recognition, and holding the line when clients push.
- Coordinating the delivery team — consultant, architect, developer — so each engagement has clear ownership and resource alignment at every phase.
- Directing AI tooling to generate project artefacts — status reports, RAID logs, meeting summaries, change request documentation — and reviewing all outputs before client delivery.
What We Need
These are hard requirements. If the list below does not describe your current capability, this is not the right role.
- 5+ years project management experience on BC or NAV implementations, with at least two full-lifecycle engagements managed from scoping to post-go-live.
- Functional BC or NAV knowledge sufficient to facilitate workshops, review configuration decisions, and identify scope risk without deferring every judgement to the consultant.
- Demonstrable scope and change management discipline: raising change requests, managing client expectations, and ensuring commercial recognition of deviations.
- Direct client relationship ownership — not coordinating through a senior manager, but managing the relationship yourself.
- Comfortable directing AI productivity tools (Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, or equivalent) to produce and review project artefacts as a standard part of delivery.
- Fluent English; additional European languages advantageous.

- Cross-functional team. You coordinate a Senior Consultant, a System Architect, and a Developer on each engagement. The capability is there; your job is to direct it.

- Formal PM qualification: PMP, PRINCE2 Practitioner, or equivalent.
- MB-800 (Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Business Central Functional Consultant Associate).
- Experience managing multi-workstream engagements: parallel configuration, data migration, and integration tracks.
- Multi-entity, multi-currency, or international BC deployment experience.
