The Engagement
Title: BC Project Manager
Type: Contract — day-rate (inside or outside IR35 discussed)
Location: Remote — EMEA or APAC (project travel as required)

Duration: Per-project or rolling engagement; ongoing pipeline discussed
What You'll Deliver
Governance ownership across BC implementation engagements. Typically:
- End-to-end project delivery — plan, RAID log, governance meetings, phase-gate reviews, and go-live readiness sign-off across a structured methodology.
- Client relationship ownership for delivery matters — expectations, escalations, milestone alignment, and go-live preparation.
- Workshop facilitation alongside the Senior BC Consultant — contributing functional awareness and keeping sessions on track.
- Scope and change control — raising change requests before out-of-scope work begins, ensuring commercial recognition throughout.
- Team coordination — aligning consultant, architect, and developer across each engagement phase with clear ownership.
- AI-assisted artefact production — directing Hybrid AI Solutions' tooling to generate status reports, RAID logs, meeting summaries, and change documentation; reviewing all outputs before client delivery.
Hard Requirements
If the list below does not describe your current capability, this is not the right engagement.
- 5+ years project management experience on BC or NAV implementations, with at least two full-lifecycle engagements managed from scoping to post-go-live.
- Functional BC or NAV knowledge sufficient to facilitate workshops, review configuration decisions, and identify scope risk without deferring every judgement to the consultant.
- Formal scope and change management discipline: raising change requests, managing client expectations, and ensuring commercial recognition of deviations.
- Direct client relationship ownership throughout delivery — not coordinated through a senior manager.
- Comfortable directing AI productivity tools (Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, or equivalent) to produce and review project artefacts as a standard part of delivery.
- Fluent English; additional European languages advantageous.

- Multi-entity, multi-currency, or international BC deployment experience.
