We are building a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central implementation partner with a sales function that runs cleanly from day one. CRM accuracy, proposal production, contract tracking, event logistics, pipeline reporting, Microsoft funding, someone needs to own the operational backbone so the sales team can sell.

What You'll Do

You keep the sales function running cleanly. In practice that means:

  • Owning CRM hygiene: ensuring pipeline data is accurate, stages are current, and reporting reflects reality, not what someone meant to update last week.
  • Coordinating proposal production: assembling inputs from Sales, Pre-Sales, and the Architect into polished, on-brand proposals that go out on time.
  • Managing the sales collateral library: case studies, capability decks, one-pagers, and reference material. Current, branded, and findable.
  • Tracking contracts and agreements through signature: managing document flow, chasing approvals, and ensuring nothing stalls in legal.
  • Organising logistics for client meetings, Microsoft events, and partner activities: travel, venues, materials, follow-ups.
  • Producing pipeline and sales performance reports for the Sales Manager and board: weekly pipeline snapshots, monthly performance packs, and ad hoc analysis.
  • Supporting onboarding of new sales team members: access, tooling, process documentation, and induction materials.
  • Using AI tools to accelerate document production, data cleansing, and reporting as standard practice.

What We Need

  • 2+ years in a sales support, sales operations, or commercial coordination role, ideally in a technology, consulting, or professional services environment.
  • Strong CRM skills: experience maintaining and reporting from Dynamics 365, Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar.
  • Excellent document production skills: you can take rough inputs and produce polished, professional proposals and presentations.
  • Highly organised and process-driven: you track what needs to happen, when, and follow through without being chased.
  • Comfortable with numbers: pipeline reporting, conversion analysis, and basic financial summaries come naturally.
  • Clear, professional written communication, proposals, emails, and internal documentation that reflect well on the company.
  • Willing to learn and use AI productivity tools for document generation, data management, and reporting.

  • Experience with proposal management tools or document automation platforms.

  • Basic understanding of Microsoft licensing or partner programme structures.
