The Engagement
Title: Senior BC Consultant
Type: Contract — day-rate (inside or outside IR35 discussed)
Location: Remote — EMEA or APAC (project travel as required)
Availability: Pipeline building now — first engagements Q3 2026
Duration: Per-project or rolling engagement; ongoing pipeline discussed
What You'll Deliver
End-to-end BC delivery on well-scoped projects. Typically:
- Scoping and estimating using a structured methodology — not improvised from scratch each time.
- Finance, Supply Chain, and Warehouse Management configuration aligned to client business processes, not demo defaults.
- Data migration — master data and open entries — with independent sign-off of a clean go-live position.
- UAT management with the business, and formal scope control throughout delivery.
- Process-led training and BAU handover to a client that can actually run the system.
- AI-assisted artefact production — Hybrid AI Solutions' tooling generates documentation, test scripts, and training materials; you direct and review.
Hard Requirements
If the list below does not describe your current capability, this is not the right engagement.
- 5+ years BC or NAV implementation experience as a functional consultant, with sole or lead delivery on 20–50 user projects.
- Configurable depth across Finance (GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, period-end), Supply Chain (purchasing, sales, inventory, item tracking), and Warehouse Management (bins, directed pick/put-away, mobile workflows).
- Full ownership of data migration: master data via configuration packages, and open entry cutover including AR/AP ledger entries, open orders, inventory values, and trial balance sign-off.
- MB-800 certified.
- Fluent English; additional European languages advantageous.
- Comfortable directing AI productivity tools (Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, or equivalent) to produce and review professional artefacts in a client-facing context.
